Help. Her. Heal is a weekly in-person group, that will meet for 12-weeks. This psycho-educational group aimed at helping men work towards healing themselves and their relationship after sexual betrayal. This structured group provides men the opportunity to build empathy skills, learn and demonstrate taking accountability, and tools to help with triggers as they work towards repairing their relationship with their partner.

WHEN: Tuesdays from 6:30PM-8PM

COST: $70 per session

The Sharing Circle is group therapy supporting adults 18+ who have experienced the death of a loved one or friend. This “circle” will be unique based on the the individual needs of group members, keeping the focus on sharing experience, strength and hope. Elements of psycho-education will also address common myths and misconceptions around grief and loss as well as aid in understanding your grieving process and building a toolkit for coping.
